In preparation for our services to return to a 'new normal', we want to do everything we can to help keep our customers safe. That's why we've put in a Ford Care Code.

Both sales and service departments are open again and we are encouraging customers to book an appointment before attending our branches.

These are the processes put in place by the Ford Care Code to help protect you:

  • Helping you keep a minimum 2-metre social distance
  • Using Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe
  • Sanitising your vehicle, dealer vehicles and dealerships
  • Offering online demonstrations and no-touch demonstrations in dealerships
  • Offering online service appointment booking
  • Supporting you with touch-free payment

Click & Collect

In addition, we are pleased to announce we are now operating a Click & Collect service, so you can still buy a new vehicle without having to visit our showroom. If you're interested in any vehicle, please speak to our Digital Team, who will be more than happy to help!

We will continue to monitor how the situation progresses and will follow the latest recommended guidelines to help keep you safe.
